Promotional sale! (normally $429) The Xaser VI liquid cooled chassis is a case which says you are serious - youre serious about performance and youre serious about cooling! Built from the design board up with a focus on lower system temperatures and low noise emissions, the Xaser VI with liquid cooling harnesses the awesome performance of Thermaltakes' Bigwater 780e all-in-one liquid cooling system (LCS), independent thermal management for your CPU, VGA cards & hard disk drives and a well designed, high airflow with low noise, chassis air cooling system.

The included three 5.25" drive bay design Bigwater 780e liquid cooling system supports nVIDIA ESA Technology, saves space within the chassis and simplifies integration of the cooling system into your PC platform. Ease of use is the key with this LCS - The easy to refill 350cc reservoir and quick hose connector valves which shut off coolant flow immediately when dismantling, prevent leakage and make this system ideal for anyone wanting to get into liquid cooling no matter what their experience level, from novice to experienced system builder.

The Bigwater 780e has four key features making this one of the easiest to use, yet most efficient, LCS around:

  • The first key feature is the totally reliable, totally leakage free, pure copper CPU waterblock with advanced brazing technology and all-in-one mounting design supporting all the latest Intel and AMD CPUs and socket types. The CPU waterblock includes clips for Intel Sockets 478, LGA775, LGA1156, LGA1366 and AMD Sockets 754, 939, AM2, AM2+ and AM3.
  • The second key feature is the powerful but silent P500 pump with PWM & thermal control functions (user definable from 10 ~ 16 dBA) pushing five hundred litres per hour of coolant through the system. The P500 pump has ceramic bearings to extend its lifespan well beyond that of other pumps on the market today.
  • The third key feature of the Bigwater 780e is the maximum performance 120mm motorsports aluminium radiator with expanded outer fins and dimple tube technology which swirls the coolant within the radiator to increase thermal transfer.
  • Mounted to the 120mm radiator is the fourth key feature, the ultra low noise blue LED 800 ~ 2500rpm fan with PWM and thermal control functions. This fan is user controllable in noise output from 10 to 20 dBa making this liquid cooling system perfect for those wanting the ultimate in low noise output vs cooling performance ratio. Its great for those wanting an ultra quiet HTPC, but also ideal for anyone wanting to push their overclocked PC hardware to the absolute limits! Liquid cooled computers run much closer to ambient room temperature than air cooled systems, so this liquid cooled chassis is perfect for any user operating a PC in warmer climates or where ambient temperatures may soar, such as in a server room, a caravan or shed.

The Bigwater 780e also includes a flow meter, which clearly shows liquid movement through the system and durable 3/8" tubing to prevent wear, clogging or kinking. It is a complete, self contained all-in-one solution for liquid cooling your computer processor. A bottle of coolant is even included to get you up and running immediately! The P500 pump can easily handle further cooling upgrades, so you can also add chipset waterblocks, GPU waterblocks, etc to fully liquid cool your entire system.

The Xaser VI ultra low noise air cooling system features a front intake 140mm blue LED 1000rpm fan (16 dBa), a 140mm 1000rpm turbofan (16 dBa) to cool your VGA cards, a rear exhaust 120mm blue LED 1300rpm fan (17 dBa) and a top exhaust 140mm 1000rpm turbofan (16 dBa). Further positions are available to install even more 120mm/140mm fans or radiators and this case also includes a great cable management system, assisting airflow and lowering operating temperatures.

This case features a sliding motherboard tray for easy system installation and an adjustable PSU bridge to support any length power supply. This chassis supports 9.6 x 9.6 (Micro-ATX), 12 x 9.6 (Standard-ATX) and 12 x 13 (Extended-ATX) mainboards. You'll have no trouble with mounting a long videocard such as an nVidia GTX295, this case has all the room you will need and more! The Xaser VI LCS has an aluminium front door, the chassis body is made of steel and the side panel includes two windows for system viewing (Tip: Install some UV lights in the chassis to highlight the UV reactant coolant in the LCS tubing - it looks great).

The Xaser VI chassis has seven external 5.25" drive bays (three are occupiued by the 780e), one external 3.5" drive bay (converted from one 5.25" drive bay with included adapter), seven internal 3.5" HDD drive bays and ten expansion slots with vented slot covers. The chassis comes with four front panel USB 2.0, one IEEE 1394, two e-SATA connectors & HD Audio.
