Dual ball bearings reduce rotational friction, providing excellent heat dissipation and effectively doubling the expected lifetime of the fans.
Intelligent Fan Controller
Utilising temperature detection from a smart chip, fans will start running when the GPU reaches 60℃ and shut down below 50℃. Efficient cooling, fan-noise reduction, and extended product lifetime are all benefits of a more accurate temperature monitoring.
Unprecedented Ring-Fan Blade Design
The newest 9-blade design of our fans generates better airflow and air pressure under the same noise level, improving cooling performance to reduce GPU temperatures by more than 3℃ compared to previous generations.
GPU Direct-Contact Copper Plate
We have increased the copper plate area to provide direct contact with the GPU while covering VRAM to increase the heat transfer threshold to the max.
Vertical Fin Heatsink
A brand new white heatsink with closely spaced vertical fins is mounted on the PCB, offering a larger heat-spreading area and improved heat radiation. This allows airflow to efficiently disperse heat.
Turbulence Reducing Fan Rotation
The middle fan spins in the reverse direction to reduce the air turbulence, which reduces noise level without sacrificing the cooling efficiency.
Unique All-White Heatsink Design
The Sakura Edition stands out with its all-white heatsink, featuring an optimum arrangement of 5 x 6φ fresh, nickel-plated copper heatpipes in a striking white finish. These heatpipes are precisely aligned over the PCB, ensuring rapid and efficient heat transfer from the GPU and VRAM to the cooling array, highlighting both aesthetic beauty and functional excellence.
Car-Grade Power Module DrMOS with iMON Real Time Digital Monitoring
Hellhound adopts a 9+2+1 phase VRM design with DrMOS to power the GPU as well as an additional 2+1 phase specifically designated for the VRAM. New IMON technology monitors and reports the electric current and power consumption on each individual phase. By balancing the workload, the Hellhound ensures unparalleled stability and thermal protection during overclocking.
High Quality All White PCB Design
A premium 14-layer high TG all white PCB Board -including a 2 oz power layer- is utilised in the Hellhound RX 7800 XT; a PCB such designed decreases signal loss during transmission: important especially for high power currents, with added stability.
Metal Reinforced Backplate
The metal backplate strengthens and protects the internal components from PCB bend, and a cut-out design on the back plate allows exhaust heat to properly flow through for heat-dissipation efficiency.
Dual BIOS Mode
Hellhound RX 7800 XT features Dual BIOS built-in and a switch for easy swapping.
- OC BIOS: A boosted mode that increases fan RPM to keep your card operating at a lower temperature to drive higher performance.
- Silent BIOS: Focused on lower noise and fan longevity, a milder fan speed, trading fan speed and noise for moderate, but still controlled, temperatures while maintaining performance.
Pink Blossom and Pure White LED Colour
This generation's Hellhound now offers two LED colour choices. Gamers can select their preferred colour by using the switch on the side of the card. Pink Blossom reflects the Hellhound's vibrant spirit, while Pure White conveys a clean, serene elegance.
