The Thermal Grizzly Intel 13th Gen Delid-Die-Mate is a tool to safely delid 13th Gen Intel CPUs. To install a CPI cooler directly on the cooler die, this Delid-Die-Mate assists with this process resulting in much cooler temperatures for your CPU.
