Cherry MX Black Mechanical Keyswitches and Design, Looks & Materials

This version of the Ducky ONE 2 Mini uses Cherry MX Black switches . Cherry MX Black switches are purely linear, non-tactile switches and are therefore ideal for first-person shooters . A tactile pressure point isn't absolutely necessary in this genre either, as the keys tend to be pressed all the way down in the heat of the moment. The Cherry MX Black switches come closest to rubber dome gaming keyboards in terms of characteristics, but offer significantly more error tolerance due to the high release pressure .

The housing of the Ducky ONE 2 Mini gaming keyboard is two-tone: while the top is black, the frame and underside of the keyboard are white. theKeycaps are made of polybutylene terephthalate, or PBT for short , are manufactured using the double-shot process and are significantly more durable than keys made with ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene).
