(normally $69) The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme series feature a flexible, silicone based surface area for extreme thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, compensating for even the smallest of gaps between components. Thermal pads are an ideal solution to fill air gaps caused by imperfectly flat surfaces that should be in thermal contact and an alternative to thermal paste for demanding setups where lower temperatures are crucial.

Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme

The thermal pad is silicone based with modelling clay like consistency. This allows a perfect surface shaping with maximum possible compression. The minus pad extreme is electrically insulating.

Due to the consistency only one-time use is recommended. The thermal conductivity was improved by about 260 % over the minus pad 8 which allows best cooling for tough cooling operations such as voltage regulators and memory ICs.
