The Penta RS1 casters utilise strong materials to make sure they can support all the weight while maintaining all functions. The wheel is moulded 3 times to achieve a uni-body construction:

• The colour ring and the spokes are moulded individually for a clear separation of the 2 colours
• The outer soft PU layer is then moulded onto the spokes to provide a soft and smooth gliding motion while protection any flooring surface underneath
• The 2 independent rolling wheels are then connected with a 6mm steel shaft through the centre of the caster
